The deboning plant is an export approved beef deboning facility. The deboning plant is a single species processing facility that processes only cattle in line with customer requirements. 

The facility has a weighbridge installed and has a traceability system that ensures a full audit trail from the beginning to the end of the beef processing process.

The facility is compliant with the highest level of health and safety standards and is a veterinary approved establishment by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. 

The deboning process include a complete audit trail from the start of the process until the end. The facility Halaal and Kosher certified.
